Students view award-winning documentary films exploring themes—including identity, culture, and tolerance—inspired by the Jewish Museum’s collection. Engaging, guided conversations follow each screening.
Big Sonia (2016)

Sonia Warshawski, a 91-year-old Holocaust survivor, runs a tailor shop she has owned for more than thirty years. When she is served an eviction notice, the threat of retirement prompts Sonia to revisit her harrowing past as a refugee and witness to genocide. Directed by Todd Soliday and Leah Warshawski.
