K - 12 School and Camp Group Tour Request

  • We request that tours be scheduled at least four weeks in advance.
  • This form is not a CONFIRMATION of your tour request.
  • You will receive a reservation letter/invoice when the tour is confirmed.
  • If you do not receive a response within three business days, please email schedulingcoordinator@thejm.org or call 212-423-3225.
  • We request that payment be made upon receipt of your invoice, and payment must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your tour date.

Class Information

Note: The maximum number of students per weekday group is 28. On Sundays, the maximum number of participants per group (including children and adults) is 24. The maximum number of students for special education classes is 12. Special accommodations will be made for New York City Public School classes with more than 28 students. Each classroom must be booked as a separate tour group.

Note: We require at least 1 chaperone per every 10 students.

The Jewish Museum welcomes all visitors. Please provide us with information about your group in order to help us prepare for your visit. Do any members of the group have special needs? For schools, please indicate if your class is Integrated Co-Teaching or a self-contained special education class.
