Zoom, Virtual Program

Jewish Museum members are cordially invited to attend a private virtual lecture on James Tissot’s astounding collection of biblical watercolors, led by Curator Stephen Brown.

Learn how more than 350 of Tissot’s paintings entered the Museum’s collection and became the subject of a decades-long project to present them at an exhibition in Utah over the past year, and get a sneak peek at our forthcoming installation of select works in our collection galleries.

Capacity is limited. Please click the 'RSVP' button to confirm your attendance. We hope to see you there!

This program is presented with captions through Zoom. The Jewish Museum is committed to making its virtual programs accessible to all. For inquiries and requests for CART, ASL interpretation, or additional accommodations please email info@thejm.org or call 212.423.3200 ext. 0.

This program is exclusive to Jewish Museum members. To join, please visit TheJewishMuseum.org/Join or call 212.660.1519.
