On International Women’s Day, celebrate Women's History Month at the Jewish Museum's third Wikipedia Edit-a-thon co-presented with Art + Feminism, a campaign dedicated to improving coverage of cis and transgender women, feminism, and the arts on Wikipedia. All are welcome to learn how to become a Wikipedia editor.

No prior Wikipedia editing experience necessary. To participate in the Edit-a-thon portion of the event, bring a laptop and power cord. Before arriving at the Museum, please create a Wikipedia account. Reference materials will be provided.

This year, the top three participants with the most edits will win prize packs from the Jewish Museum Shop​ inspired by women artists Rachel Feinstein, Deborah Kass, Judy Chicago, and 20th century art dealer Edith Halpert.

1 pm: Wikipedia Training led by Carlos Acevedo, Digital Asset Manager, the Jewish Museum

2 pm: Break to view current exhibitions, Rachel Feinstein: Maiden, Mother, Crone and Scenes from the Collection.

2:30 – 5:30 pm: Open Editing Session

Free with RSVP, includes light refreshments by Russ & Daughters at the Jewish Museum.
