In this two-part virtual workshop, taught by contemporary artist Kristen Jensen, explore the work of sculptor Louise Bourgeois and her relationship to Freudian psychoanalysis. Participants will experiment with materials and respond to images in the exhibition Louise Bourgeois, Freud’s Daughter through a combination of drawing, sculpture, and writing exercises. This class will take place on Zoom and includes live instruction.

A list of required materials will be provided in advance of the workshop. Participants should have access to a computer with a camera and WiFi and will receive a Zoom link prior to the program date.

Please note that this is a two-session class. Ticket purchase is required and includes both sessions on October 13 & 20.
