Representing Ritual

Drawing inspiration from a variety of works in the Jewish Museum collection, participants will reflect on the role of ritual in their own lives to create poetic painted collages. Instruction will be given by Museum educators, and participants may explore ritual in either religious or secular contexts in their artworks.

A list of required materials will be provided in advance of the workshop. Participants should have access to a computer with a camera and WiFi and will receive a Zoom link prior to the program date.

All skill levels welcome.

$35 General; $30 Members

Material cost: up to $50

Please note that this is a two-session class. Ticket purchase is required and includes both sessions on November 10 & 17.
