Join artist Ilit Azoulay and Leon Levy Associate Curator Shira Backer for a first look at the exhibition Mere Things, which includes selections from 2010 to the present, including Unity Totem (2024), a new work that responds to the collections and context of the Jewish Museum. Initially trained in photography, Azoulay has developed an interdisciplinary, research-based practice that explores how images and objects shape memory, produce knowledge, and support or undermine historical narratives.

Free with Museum Admission; Advance RSVP Required
