This educator-led gallery talk highlighting works from the Jewish Museum’s newly installed collection galleries and Anish Kapoor: Early Works, focuses on the evolution of color as a central characteristic of abstraction.. Beginning with Abstract Expressionist works from the 1960s, this tour considers how artists use the complex relationship between color and form across both painting and sculptural installations.
