Guest curator Lisa Collins speaks with film editors and producers Mark Schwartzburt and Anthony Jamison about Pearl Bowser’s revolutionary series The Black Film which took place at the Jewish Museum in 1970. Together they will contextualize a selection from the film series for a contemporary audience in a discussion moderated by Aviva Weintraub, Director, New York Jewish Film Festival.
