11:30 am and 2 pm: ShirLaLa – Two Performances
Go on a musical journey with kid rocker ShirLaLa (Shira Kline) as she performs delightful twists to holiday favorites. Jump like a frog, ask the four questions, dance with tambourines, and set yourself free for Passover.
11 am – 4 pm: Drop-in Art Workshops
Collage Matzah Plates
Create your own decorative matzah plate using collage with holiday-related images and drawing materials to enjoy at your Seder table.
Freedom Shakers
Design a colorful musical instrument to use during Passover to sing and dance together with tubes, wire, fabric, and more.
Materials Exploration Station & Play
Get playful with some sensory fun in a Passover themed exploration of playdough matzah patterns, kinetic sand, building structures, and more with Play Curator, Linda White.
Colorful Holiday Stories
Illustrate several scenes of the holiday story or special family story using watercolor crayons in a folded book.
Sculptural Seder Table
Use your imagination and collaborate on a wild and original Seder table installation with cardboard shapes and construction techniques as a family.
