Join us in our art studio for unique art projects inspired by the exhibitions Leonard Cohen: A Crack in Everything and Scenes from the Collection. Design a whimsical musical instrument, paint to music, create a found object sculpture, and more.

Here are the weekly sessions:

July 1: Musical Painting
Experiment with a range of painting techniques to create a work of art inspired by music playing in the studio.

July 8: Whimsical Stringed Instrument
Use a variety of unique materials to design a stringed instrument inspired the music and artwork on view in Leonard Cohen: A Crack in Everything as well as Scenes from the Collection.

July 15: Line Portrait Print
Explore line drawing to create a portrait inspired by Leonard Cohen’s self-portraits. Then use relief printing techniques to make multiples of your image in a variety of colors.

July 22: Collaged Storybook
