This six-week program for preschoolers and their families explores how music and art playfully intertwine. In this session, we will focus on sculpture through discovering the art of Rachel Feinstein and the exciting ways she forms her sculptures with playful forms and imaginative ideas! Sing songs and move our bodies relating to the sculpture theme with live accompaniment by a professional musician from The Diller-Quaile School of Music. Families will then create their own mixed-media sculpture in our studio inspired by the striking works of Rachel Feinstein on view.
The health and safety of our visitors and staff is the Jewish Museum’s priority. Due to heightened concern regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Jewish Museum will be closed to the public beginning Friday, March 13, 2020 and all public programs have been canceled, for an initial period of two weeks.
Refunds for any ticketed programs will be administered automatically and will be reflected on your statement within 7 days.
