About Nefesh Mountain
The multi award winning singer, songwriter and author Doni Zasloff is a beloved presence on stage throughout the country. Her unique backgrounds in singing, musical theatre and Judaism make her one of the most in demand and unique artists today, and she brings these multi-faceted talents directly to Nefesh Mountain. Also known as Mama Doni, she produced 8 children’s albums relating to Jewish themes and holidays with a playful funky twist.

Multi-instrumentalist Eric Lindberg brings his Jazz and Classical background to the acoustic forms of Bluegrass and Old-Time music. After graduating with honors from Mason Gross School Of The Arts with a degree in Jazz performance he has toured extensively throughout the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. His influential work as a composer, singer, guitarist, and banjoist with his wife Doni Zasloff in Nefesh Mountain are known widely in the Jewish and Bluegrass worlds today.

Nefesh Mountain was featured in Billboard Magazine, and their song "The Narrow Bridge" was voted Top Ten Country Songs of the Week on Rolling Stone. Here is what the press is saying about Nefesh Mountain:

“Refreshingly eclectic. Like a blanket passed down as a family heirloom, the results are warm and comfortable, and their 21st century approach never overshadows those old-world traditions” -Rolling Stone
"One of the finest, wholly bluegrass records one will hear in not only 2018 but as a touchstone moving forward." - No Depression
“Crisp, Refined, Timeless Bluegrass" - The Bluegrass Situation
"Where Bluegrass and Jewish traditions meet and fall madly in love" - Bluegrass Today
“Exactly what the music industry needs right now. Nefesh Mountain is a gamechanger.” - Nashville Noise
