On-Call Audio-Visual Projectionist Assistant
The Audio-Visual Projectionist Assistant provides audio/visual services to all Museum departments. This position requires on-site presence for all scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Help to maintain audio-visual equipment and installations throughout the Museum, including daily equipment check
- Help to perform minor repairs to A/V equipment
- Assist with A/V services for all internal Museum events including public programs, education department programs, and special events
- Act as liaison with exhibiting artists and program performers re: A/V requirements
- Serve as stage manager for public program performances
- Interact as needed with A/V equipment rental companies and manufacturers
- Assist with lighting design for public program performances
- Conduct routine equipment inventory
Requirements:
- Knowledge of analog and digital technologies for audio and video recording and editing equipment
- Knowledge of multi-channel sound mixing console
- Knowledge of or ability to learn stage lighting and dimmer console
- Computer skills Mac and PC platforms
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
